Leadership Coaching

Nonprofit excellence begins with an organization’s leaders. Suru’s coaching services are responsive to each client and their leaders, whose skills and strengths may not be fully realized within their organizational role. Our coaching draws out these untapped skills and strengths while carefully identifying gaps and complementary characteristics of other leaders and staff.

Board Development

Developing a strong and functioning board of directors is a priority for every nonprofit. Boards are the governing entity, the fiduciary body, and the strategic foundation of impact. While the exact scope of each board varies, they are critical to each organizational pillar, most of all leadership.

Fundraising Counsel
